We started Fair Supply with a simple belief:
You can’t fix what you can’t see.
At the time, there were growing laws and expectations around supply chain transparency. But no good way for companies to understand where real risks - like modern slavery, emissions and biodiversity impact - were hiding.
So we built one.

Our Story
Fair Supply began as a collaboration between two unlikely allies:

Kimberly Randle, a human rights lawyer frustrated by the lack of data behind global modern slavery to drive change.

Dr Arne Geschke, an industrial mathematician and academic working with some of the world’s most advanced environmental economic models.
What started as a research project became a powerful new tool to help businesses meet growing ethical and regulatory expectations, without the guesswork.
Today, backed by investors Airtree, Tidal, Minderoo Foundation, Five V and QIC, Fair Supply supports teams across procurement, sustainability, risk and investment to navigate supply chain complexity with clarity, speed and confidence.
