Kimberly has over 15 years experience working in law and human rights for top tier firms in Australia and the United States, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Legal for International Justice Mission Australia. Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of modern slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both the NSW and Commonwealth Parliamentary Inquiries into Human Trafficking. Kim received her Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.
Michelle Albanese
Director, ESG and Sustainable Supply Chain, Upswing Solutions
Michelle is the Director of ESG and Responsible Supply Chain at Upswing Solutions and has 25 years experience working with private and publicly traded companies, governments, and non-profits to enhance sustainability including over 10 years of experience in responsible procurement. Michelle was the former Head of Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Diversity at TD Bank and is highly experienced at developing sustainable procurement programs which include net-zero supply chain programs and human rights due diligence strategies for companies. Michelle is also a part-time Professor at Seneca Polytechnic College where she teaches Supply Chain Sustainability.
