Kimberly Randle
CEO and Co-founder, Fair Supply

Over 20 years experience working in law and human rights for top tier firms in Australia and the United States, including International Justice Mission. Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of Modern Slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both state and Commonwealth parliamentary inquiries into Modern Slavery.

Arne Geschke
Chief Data Officer & Co-Founder, Fair Supply

A leading expert in the field of large-scale global supply chain assessments and input-output analysis with a focus on environmental applications such as carbon accounting and energy policy. Arne has been instrumental in developing detailed global supply-chain databases and Fair Supply’s underlying mathematical framework.

Fiona David
CEO and Founder, Fair Futures

As creator of the Global Slavery Index, one of the world’s most heavily cited sources of data on modern slavery, Fiona has been at the forefront of defining what best practice looks like for anti-slavery efforts for three decades. Today, as CEO and Founder of Fair Futures, Fiona advises clients on how to integrate human rights risk management into governance, strategy and operations, while remaining nimble and outcomes-focused.

Dr Amanda Irwin
Managing Director, Spark Leadership Consulting

Amanda works with organisations to build their capabilities across a broad range of challenges including climate- and nature-related literacy and reporting. Building on her comprehensive experience across both the corporate world and academia, she supports organisations at all stages of their sustainability journey. She is also an active researcher and teacher with a focus on value chain impacts, particularly on biodiversity.

Joachim Klement
Managing Director, Head Strategy, Economics and ESG, Panmure Liberum

Joachim has worked in the investment industry for more than 20 years, mostly on the buy side. He is an investment strategist and ESG specialist within the strategy team. Before joining Panmure Liberum, Joachim worked as Head of Equity Strategy and Head of Asset Allocation for a major Swiss private bank, as Chief Investment Officer for family offices and institutional investors, as well as Head of Research for a boutique investment firm.

Joachim holds a Masters in Mathematics from ETH Zurich and a Masters in Economics from the University of Hagen. He is the author of “7 Mistakes every Investor Makes” and “Geo-Economics: The Interplay between Geopolitics, Economics, and Investments”. He also publishes the free substack “Klement on Investing”.

Jessica Lloyd
Procurement Governance, Risk & Support Manager, Ampol

Jessica has over 12 years’ experience in Procurement across a range of industries and currently leads the Procurement Governance, Risk & Support function at Ampol. Jessica has driven the uplift in Ampol’s Modern Slavery due diligence process within Procurement and contributes to the development of Ampol’s annual Modern Slavery Statements.

Faiyaaz Hasan
Sustainability Analyst, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Faiyaaz Hasan is a key Sustainability Analyst at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, supporting the APS Sustainability Manager in driving climate reporting, emissions strategy, and regulatory compliance across seven countries in the Asia-Pacific. He leads GHG assurance audits, renewable energy initiatives, and ESG automation, ensuring CCEP stays ahead of evolving climate regulations while transforming compliance into a strategic advantage.
